  • How do you make the products?
    We only make products on demand so our company works a little slowly at this moment in time as we are currently still starting up. We outsource our t-shirts, hoodies and vinyl from bigger companies and then using a cutter and heat press we iron the design of your choosing onto the material. We then package the item and send to you via Royal Mail.
  • Where do you ship to?
    Minileaf Apparel ships world wide via Royal Mail, however shipping costs vary based on the location of the shipping address.
  • Can I return an item?
    Buyers have fourteen days to submit a returns request. If the item is not as described, an incorrect size, or damaged in transit a refund or replacement can be issued. If an attempt to fix the item has been carried out by the buyer a refund or replacement will be unavailable. Items must be returned or pictures of damaged goods must be provided before a refund will be issued.
  • How long will it take for me to recieve my order?
    We at Minileaf make our products to order, this means it can take up to two weeks for the product to be made. Products are typically sent out the same day. Royal mail typically takes 3-4 business days to deliver parcels within the UK. International shipping can take up to 3 weeks.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping costs are based on the shipping address. For shipping in the United Kingdom shipping costs £3.33 GBP International shipping starts from £6.00 GBP and is subject to weight of package.
